OpenPages sells digital products, including PDF playbooks, SOPs, templates, checklists, and related downloadable resources.

• Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or share purchased files publicly without written permission.
• You may not remove copyright or attribution notices where provided.

5. Payments, Taxes, and Merchant of Record

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited and its group companies ("Paddle"), who act as Merchant of Record. This means Paddle may appear on your card/bank statement and handles applicable payment processing and tax handling where required. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle’s legal terms.

6. Pricing & Product Changes

• Prices may change at any time without retroactive impact on completed purchases.
• We may update, improve, or discontinue products at our discretion.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. If local consumer law grants additional rights, those rights apply.

8. No Guaranteed Results

Our materials are educational and operational resources. We do not guarantee any specific business, financial, SEO, revenue, or time-saving outcomes.

• Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant product in the 12 months prior to the claim.
