Refund Policy

OpenPages sells digital products that are delivered instantly after purchase. Because digital goods can be consumed immediately, refunds are limited and handled under the policy below, plus any mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
1. Eligible Cases
- Duplicate purchase: Full refund.
- Technical delivery/access failure: If not resolved within 5 business days after support contact, refund may be approved.
- Wrong charge due to clear billing error: Refund may be approved after verification.
2. Non-Eligible Cases (generally)
- Change of mind after successful download/delivery
- Requests based on expected business outcomes (e.g., revenue not achieved)
- Failure to use the product after purchase
3. Request Window
Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@openpages.space with:
- Order ID / Paddle receipt
- Email used at checkout
- Reason for request
- Any screenshots or technical details (if relevant)
5. Processing
- We aim to review requests within 3–5 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method.
- Bank/card posting times may vary by provider.
6. Chargebacks
If you experience an issue, please contact support first so we can resolve it quickly before initiating a chargeback.
